Astronomy activity

• Purchase a ticket giving you access to a daytime visit of the ASTROLab. The ASTROLab is the museum located at the foot of the massif and the Observatory is located at the top of Mont-Mégantic..

Program

• Activities at the foot of the mountain (ASTROLab)
• During Winter : You have 1h30 to participate at the activities: Free visit of the Du ciel étoilé à l'Univers infini (from the starry sky to the infinite universe) exhibition. Viewing of the ultra high-definition film Émergence : l'évolution cosmique (emergence: cosmic evolution). This activity is known to include visiting the Observatory at the top of the mountain in the summer. In the winter season, from mid-October to mid-May, as it is not possible to climb to the top to visit the Observatory, a 50% discount is automatically applied to the reservation. Activities are conducted in French.
• During summer : You have 2 hours to participate in these activities : Guided tour of the Du ciel étoilé à l'Univers infini (from the starry sky to the infinite universe) exhibition. Viewing of the ultra high-definition film Émergence : l'évolution cosmique (emergence: cosmic evolution). Family animation. Virtual reality experience available for ages 8 and up. Activities are conducted in French.

Taxes and park entry fee not included. Holders of an Annual Québec National Parks Card benefit from a 15% discount on the purchase of a ticket for an astronomy activity.
